The villa is situated no more than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Del Carmen.
Golf
There is a new golf course currently under construction about half a mile away, this will not be ready for a few years. There is a golf course in Costa Teguise which is about 12 miles away, approx 25 minutes by taxi or car.
Travel
The villa is only 15 minutes from Arrecife airport by taxi. The villa is conveniently situated that car hire is not essential.
Distances
The Old Town and Biosfera Plaza shopping areas of Puerto Del Carmen are only a 10 minute walk away from Villa Calero. The strip along the front with its beachside bars and restaurants is also about a 10 minute walk away.
Further details
The nearest large supermarket is only 300 yards from the Villa Calero opposite the cashpoint at Bancaja at the start of Calle Togio. There is a supermarket much closer but the products are limited and expensive.
