Due to the boundary walls, fencing and security gates, this property is ideally suited to children.

| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Room: | Exceptional spacious lounge with video, CD, DVD, surround sound and satellite TV. Corner dining area with quality furnishings throughout. |
| Other: | The bedrooms and lounge have sliding tilt and turn glazed units, which look over the heated pool. |
| Cleaning/Towels/ Linen/Main Service: |
All towels and linen are included with the exception of beach towels. Towels are changed on Mondays. The villa is cleaned on changeover days, Thursdays. |
