Villa Bonita is a spacious three bedroom villa situated in the central area of Puerto Del Carmen near all amenities.
Notes on accommodation

The property has walls all around the patio, therefore is very secure and safe for young children. Please note that children must always be supervised around the pool area.

Bedrooms:
Upstairs there is a double bed in main bedroom with sea views and ceiling fans.The other upstairs bedroom has twin beds and ceiling fans. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds and ceiling fans.

Bathrooms:
Upstairs bathroom includes shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. Downstairs bathroom has bath, toliet and vanity unit.

Kitchen:
Kitchen includes cooker, hob, fridge, microwave and various.

Utility Room:
Washing machine and freezer.

Living Rooms:
The lounge has a dining area looking out over the pool towards the sea. There is a TV with CD/VD player and satellite receiver.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Changeover day is on Thursday with change of towels on Monday.

LOCATION

Outside
The patio at Villa Bonita is a feature as it is very spacious. There is a barbecue with all necessary utensils and equipment, with ample quality patio furniture. The private pool is solar heated from April to October, electric back up available for winter months.

Coast/Beach
There are apparently over 80 beaches in Lanzarote the nearest of which is about 400 yards down the road. This is a large clean beach with beautiful clean "Blue Flag" sea.

Golf
The only golf course is about 20 minutes by car or taxi. A new course will be ready in about early 2007 which is less than 5 minutes away.

Travel
Arrecife airport is only 10-15 minutes away.

Distances
The nearest supermarket is about 100 yards with the main shops, bars and restaurants about 250-300 yards away.
