Company Profile.

Lanzarote Villas Limited is a relatively new private family Company. The Company Directors are Barry & Aoife Holmes who have extensive knowledge and experience in owning and letting of holiday villas on the island, in particular Puerto del Carmen. Barry has been visiting Lanzarote since 1981 whilst Aoife has been a regular visitor since 1996 . If required both can recommend what attractions are worth a visit and, of course, what bars and restaurants are also worth noting.

Barry first purchased a private bungalow on Aries complex back in 1994 ,which is not available for letting but only for use by friends and family. Lanzarote has proved to be such a popular resort that nine years later Villa Bonita was purchased and made available to the holiday market in approximately April 2004.

The two personally owned properties available for holiday lettings are :

"Villa Bonita" - A spacious three bedroom duplex, with private heated pool, in a very quiet Cul de Sac area not far from all amenities.

"Villa Calero" - Specially designed luxury villa, with private heated pool, finished in October 2004 and let to the holiday market as from April 2005 .
